Daily Schedule & Fees (2026)

Price: $250 for each AM and PM session unless otherwise noted.

7:30-8:15 Early AM Care ($40 per week - cannot prorate)
8:30-11:30 AM Program Schedule (lunch not included)
11:30-12:00 Lunch (students staying in both sessions bring their own)
12:30-3:30 PM Program Schedule (lunch not included)
3:30-5:30 Late Afternoon Care ($75 per week - cannot prorate)

CAMP WITHDRAWAL REFUND POLICY
Cancel between February 4th and March 4th = 85% refund
Cancel between March 4th and April 30th = 75% refund
Cancel after May 1st = No refund
Credit card fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date.
There is no way to cancel a program you've signed up for online- you must do this by emailing exday@johncooper.org.
CAMP CANCELLATION
It may be necessary to cancel/or change a class due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment or scheduling conflicts. In this event, a full refund will be issued to all registrants. Enrollment minimums are considered on a case-by-case basis. Communication will be sent to as soon as possible regarding camp cancellation to allow for adequate registration time.
