The Registrar Office, located in the Upper School, maintains the official academic records for students in prekindergarten through twelth grade at The John Cooper School. The registrar handles enrollment of new students following admission to the school and the re-enrollment of returning students. The following includes an overview of additional types of responsibilities handled by the Registrar Office:
  • Issuing of official records for students in grades 6-12, including report cards, transcripts, standardized testing, and immunization records. Similar records for students in lower grades are on file in the Lower School Office.
  • The John Cooper School is a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified school, and the registrar can issue a Form I-20 required for international students to obtain an F-1 visa to study at Cooper.
  • Issuing of Upper School report cards and honor rolls. Middle and Lower Schools issue report cards for each division.
