38th Annual Golf Tournament

Get ready to tee off for tradition and a great cause! The John Cooper School proudly announces its 38th Annual Dragon Booster Club Golf Tournament, a long-standing community favorite that brings together parents, alumni, faculty, and friends in support of the School’s mission.
This year’s tournament will take place on Monday, October 27, 2025, at The Woodlands Country Club – Palmer Course. Registration opens July 1, and early sign-up is encouraged as the event sells out each year. We’ve also added a Mahjong Tournament for our non-golfer friends—another fun way to support the Dragon Booster Club during the Golf Tournament!
“This tournament has become a cornerstone event for the School community. We are grateful and excited for this year’s sponsors to join us,” said Christen Wilson, Chief Advancement Officer. “As we celebrate the 38th year, we’re reminded of the incredible impact this event has on our Dragon athletic programs. Every swing, sponsorship, and show of support helps strengthen the experience for our student-athletes and fuels the spirit of the Dragon Booster Club.”
Tournament Day Includes:
- 18 holes of golf on a premier course
- New this year: Mahjong Tournament for non-golfers
- Contests such as Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin
- Happy Hour raffle prizes and awards ceremony
