The Registrar’s office, located in the Upper School, maintains the official academic records for students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 at The John Cooper School. The registrar handles enrollment of new students following admission to the school and the re-enrollment of returning students. The following includes an overview of additional types of responsibilities handled by the registrar’s office:
Issuing of official records for students in Grades 6-12, including report cards, transcripts, standardized testing, and immunization records. Similar records for students in lower grades are on file in the Lower School office.
The John Cooper School is a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified school, and the registrar can issue a Form I-20 required for international students to obtain an F-1 visa to study at Cooper.
