Two conference wins for Baseball, plus both boys' and girls' Tennis gathered two conference wins as well. Dragon Track & Field had good showings at two meets.

From Coach Nicole Hedden: “We started off strong in the first inning by scoring a run but couldn’t follow through on our defense throughout the game. On top of that we couldn’t get our bats going again. The girls fought hard, things just didn’t go our way.”

From Coach Nicole Hedden: “We scored quite a few runs in the first inning but our defense was still a bite shaky. We finally settled down, played great defense and kept our bats alive.”

From Coach Brent Landrum: “I am very proud of this team. It has been a long time since we have swept two SPC games on a weekend. The team is now 15-9 on the season and 3-1 in SPC play. We have three games this week, but none are SPC contests. If we continue to get good pitching, play sound defense, and get timely hitting we will have a very good year."
