Dragon Cheer Is Ready To Shout!

The Dragon Cheer Squad attended a four-day camp to get their stunts, cheers and spirit in sync and ready to lead the crowd.
Seventeen Dragon cheerleaders attended a four-day camp in August presented by the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) to get their stunts, cheers and spirit in sync and ready to lead the crowd. They finished the camp with a performance for friends and family.
“They did an awesome job and they are ready for a great year.” said Cheer Coach Traci Schumann. “UCA staff named Carolyn Covington, Ellen Teuscher, Susie Teuscher, Francesca Riddick, Laura Meyer and Alex Swanbeck as All American based on their performance at camp.”
Seniors Katherine Donovan, Laura Meyer, Ellen Teuscher and Carolyn Covington were named this year’s Dragon Cheer Captains.
