Vocalists Recognized As Among Best in State

5th/6th Grade Children's Honor Choir, 7th/8th Grade Ensemble Named
Earlier this month, The John Cooper School Choir program participated in the Texas Private School Music Educators Association Honor Choir auditions. Students submitted a recording of their solo performance.  

Vocalists earning a spot in the 5th/6th Grade Children’s Honor Choir are Izzy Beatie, Veronica Brazon, Michael Breaux, Larissa Calderon, Piper Casile, Sophia Echevarria, Augie Fenner, Nila Flowers, Will Hearnsberger, Nicole Hodges, Elli Jelinek, Michelle Lee, Emery Oliphant, Win Phasuk, Mila Pike, Evan Psyllos, Austin Sacks, Yohan Vaz, Tessa Vivier, Andrew Xiang and Uma Warrier. 

Membership in the 7th/8th Grade Ensemble was awarded to Mia Dysard, Lucas Frome, Riya Ray, Ben Rudnicki and Haley Smith. Congratulations to these students for their recognition as top singers in the state and to their directors, Debra Moses and Rae Moses.
