#ALLTOGETHERNOW Campaign In Week 6 of 'High Octane' Drive

Hear From Sixth Grade Humanities Teacher Deborah Humes About The First 10 Weeks
ALL TOGETHER NOW!
Let's take a closer look inside the Cooper experience from the perspective of sixth grade Humanities teacher Deborah Humes.

We are in week 6 of our 10-week Campaign so go online today and make your gift or pledge at www.johncooper.org/giving. The goal is to achieve $1 million and school-wide participation, #ALLTOGETHERNOW !!!

High energy and a creative mind are usually two of the hallmarks of a typical sixth grade student. This also is true of sixth grade Humanities students at The John Cooper School. In the first ten weeks of each new school year, both energy and creativity enable our students to tackle literature, grammar, vocabulary, writing projects, geography, world cultures, mapping skills, and a wide variety of other activities.

Thanks to Cooper’s Annual Fund Campaign and the yearly financial support it provides, an ordinary Humanities curriculum becomes extraordinary. A few of the instructional tools used for enrichment and purchased with annual funds are computer laptops, Smartboards, tablets, individual whiteboards, craft materials, supplemental books, and the interactive current event magazine, “Junior Scholastic.”

Sixth grade Humanities students achieve a great deal in ten short weeks. With the continued help of Annual Fund gifts, a student’s educational experience at Cooper will continue to be world class. Thank you!
