The Dragons open conference play with a sweep of Austin SPC teams–St. Stephen’s and St. Andrew’s. Senior Anna Claire Adam led the team in kills and sophomore Laura Weatherford led in digs.

VARSITY FOOTBALL

9/20 at Fort Worth Country Day* • 27-7 LOSS

The Dragons lost 27-7 on Friday, to go 3-1 on the season. The Dragons where equal with Fort Worth Country Day in every category but two of the most important parts of the game-turnovers and penalties. The Dragons offense had 336 total yards, while giving up 351 total yards.

Coach Erik DeHaven: Our football team battled a lot of adversity last week. Ultimately, our young men do what they do every week and gave amazing effort. We will regroup as football team this week and focus on what we do.
