Thank you for a successful 2018 Golf Tournament!
The John Cooper School's mission is to provide a challenging education in a caring environment to a diverse group of select students, enabling them to become critical and creative thinkers, effective communicators, responsible citizens and leaders, and lifetime learners. In order to fulfill our mission, fundraising is crucial so we can continue to provide a unique and worthwhile learning environment for our students and faculty. With an average of 200 golfers as well as heavy marketing, supporting the tournament is a great opportunity for your company or family to receive incredible exposure.
 



Grandparents & Special Friends Day

Grandparents and Special Friends Day is a unique opportunity for various generations within our Cooper community to share all that Cooper has to offer in the way of an enriching academic and social environment where children learn and grow.

This annual event is held the Friday morning before Thanksgiving in the Dunlap Gymnasium and includes continental breakfast, a special program, and classroom and campus visits for Cooper students and their grandparent(s) or special friend(s) to enjoy.

Signatures Author Series

Thank you to co-chairs Susan DeMarco and Christie Swanbeck, the entire Planning Committee, and the many volunteers who produced the 14th Annual Signatures Author Series and made it a great success!
The John Cooper School Signatures Author Series luncheon is a highly anticipated annual event held each year at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel. The popular event is sponsored by the Fine Arts Council and has featured key note speakers such as best-selling authors Barbara Bush, Dave Berry, Mitch Albom, Anthony Bourdain, John Grogan, Nicholas Sparks, Candace Bushnell, Kathryn Stockett with Tate Taylor, Jodi Picoult, Tyler Florence, Gillian Flynn, Cheryl Strayed, and Paula Hawkins. The luncheon also features local authors, book signings, and a Signatures themed drawing.

The 2019 Gala Committee Co-Chaired by Ally Seder and Karen Shea is looking for enthusiastic volunteers and committee members to help plan the Annual Gala and Online Auction! Committee meetings are held once a month and are open to all Cooper Parents! Please email advancement@johncooper.org to get involved. Currently, the committee is arranging amazing packages and hopes you will consider making a donation. Our auction continues to grow each year and will continue to do so as the exposure to the auction is available worldwide.

The proceeds from the Annual Gala in 2019 will directly and immediately benefit the students and faculty of The John Cooper School. It is important to know The John Cooper School students, parents, and faculty continuously give back to the community.
