Six Dragon Athletes Will Compete at the College Level this Fall

The John Cooper School Athletic Department held a signing ceremony on February 1, National Signing Day, to recognize six senior athletes who will be competing at the college level in the fall. Parents, faculty, coaches and teammates joined Athletic Director John Hoye to honor the student athletes who will be competing in volleyball, swimming, cross country and track, baseball and football.

“These athletes have all worked hard while at Cooper and we join them in celebrating their successes,” Hoye said. “We wish them all the very best and look forward to following their college athletic careers.”

Teammates Kaylee Frazier and Kayley Wood have committed to play volleyball and study business at their respective schools. Frazier will play at North Carolina State in Raleigh, North Carolina and Wood will play for St. John’s University in New York City.
