Active Minds, with whom Cooper formed a partnership three years ago, is a Washington, D.C. based non-profit corporation that specializes in educational programs in the area of adolescent mental health and wellness.  The organization is considered the leading voice nationwide on the topic of adolescent and young adult mental health awareness and advocacy, resulting in the formation of over 400 Active Minds chapters on college campuses and the sharing of informative, research-based knowledge to thousands of high school students and their parents.
