Cooper Students Attend National Active Minds Conference

Focusing on Young Adults and Mental Health
Eight student members of Cooper's Active Minds chapter were the first Cooper students to attend the Active Minds National Conference in Washington, D.C. February 21 and 22, along with Director of Counseling Services Anne Donahoo, counselor Dr. Diego Estrada and Head of Upper School Stephen Popp.

The Cooper students who attended the conference were: Patty Chow, Maci Flanagan, Elena Khan, Pavitra Kotecha, Rushika Prasad, Allie Ronchetto, Zoe Tait and Beto Valenzuela.

The two-day conference focused on young adults and mental health and sessions were geared to learning how to work together toward bridging gaps and addressing mental health.
