DBC Booster Bash

Location: Entrance is at back of the Student Center
Booster club membership for the upcoming school year is now open on the DBC resource tile. Families only need to join once for all Cooper Middle and Upper School children to receive their complimentary physicals. Anyone joining the DBC between now and the date of Booster Bash will have priority when selecting a time for their physical.

Here's what you need to do:
  1. Join the Dragon Booster Club and schedule your family's Booster Bash physical appointment HERE
  2. Complete the required COVID Prescreening Form and Physical Exam Form:
    • August 1, all registered families will receive an email notification titled Action Required: DBC Booster Bash - COVID Prescreening Form when this form becomes available in the parent portal)
    • Print and Complete the Physical Exam Form included in the email. Parents - please complete the highlighted sections of the physical form. Your student-athlete will need to bring this form to their appointment with a parent signature.
  1. Drop your student-athlete off behind the Student Center with the signed Physical Exam form in hand
    • Student must bring and wear their own mask
  2. Pick up your student-athlete in front of the Austin gym
