Food Services

The school's lunch program, provided by The John Cooper School, offers students a diverse menu of hot and cold lunch choices and salad and dessert options on a daily basis. Click the following links to view the new Food Services webpage.

Clubs, Activities, and Service

The Lower School sponsors a number of age-appropriate community service activities designed to instill in its students the value of serving others. Examples include the "Quarters for Quarters" collection for Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army Giving Tree, and The Woodlands Interfaith Food Drive. The Lower School also sponsors a number of clubs and student organizations such as Student Council, Chess Club, Spanish Club, Future Scientists and Engineers, Dance, Video Broadcasting Club, Math Club, and Animal Art Club.

Student Publications

The Paragon yearbook is produced annually by and for the students of The John Cooper School. Its goal is to serve as an accurate record of each school year as well as to provide a memory book for every student. A spring supplement is also produced that covers spring sports and end-of-year campus activities. The Paragon and its supplement are distributed to all students, faculty, and staff by the end of May.

Dress Code

Boys' everyday dress includes the uniform Cooper Polo shirt and solid colored khaki, navy, or black slacks, or tailored shorts. Girls' everyday dress includes the uniform Cooper polo shirt and solid colored khaki, navy, or black skirts, culottes, slacks, or shorts.
